Welcome to BankBridge. By using this service you agree to these terms.

Service

BankBridge gives your agent read-only access to your finances — your bank accounts, transactions, and investment holdings. The service requires an active monthly subscription.

Subscription & billing

BankBridge is $5 per connected bank per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins at $5/mo when you subscribe, which covers your first connected bank. Each additional bank you connect adds $5/mo, prorated to the day you connect it and applied to your next invoice. Removing a bank credits the proration toward your next invoice. Cancel anytime from the billing portal — upon cancellation, your bank connections are removed and your access tokens revoked immediately. No refunds for partial months.

Data

We retain your Plaid access token (encrypted) so we can call Plaid on your behalf each time your agent asks a question. We do not store your transactions, balances, holdings, or any derived data — every query live-fetches from Plaid. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

BankBridge is provided as-is. We’re not responsible for any financial decisions made by you or your agents based on data returned by the service.
